The Kemper MaxiFil Clean is a high-performance mobile extraction unit for welding fume and dust. The version with a 3 m extraction arm is particularly suitable for workstations where flexible, pinpoint capture directly at the source is required.

Thanks to its cleanable filter system with a rotating nozzle, the unit offers high cost-effectiveness and a long filter service life. The filter cartridge with an ePTFE membrane achieves a separation efficiency of ≥ 99.9 % and is classified as dust class M. In addition, an aluminium mesh spark pre-separator is integrated. According to the data sheet, the unit is suitable for large volumes of smoke and dust, continuous operation and also for use with chrome-nickel steel.

The intuitive single-button operation makes daily use easier. The rotatable extraction hood and the flow-optimised design reduce the need to reposition the extraction arm. Filter monitoring increases operational safety.
