The Kemper MaxiFil Clean with a 4 m extraction arm is the suitable version for workplaces where a larger operating radius is required. The mobile extraction unit captures welding fume and dust directly at the source and is suitable for large volumes of smoke and dust as well as for continuous use.

The unit features a cleanable filter system with a rotating nozzle and a filter cartridge with an ePTFE membrane. This achieves a separation efficiency of ≥ 99.9 %. Dust class M and the integrated spark pre-separator made from knitted aluminium ensure reliable filtration in demanding welding environments. The MaxiFil Clean is listed in the data sheet as a mobile extraction system with an extraction arm up to 4 m long.

The rotatable extraction hood and streamlined design make positioning at the workstation easier. Thanks to automatic filter cleaning, filter monitoring and ergonomic single-button operation, the device is particularly user-friendly and economical to run.
