The laser safety cabin

Efficient and safe manual laser welding

Hand-held laser welding is on the rise and represents a very interesting alternative or supplement to traditional welding methods such as MIG/MAG and TIG. In addition to personal protective measures (laser safety goggles, helmet, gloves, clothing), welding specialists are increasingly looking for a suitable cell as a laser safety cabin for daily use.

Such safety cabins offer excellent protection against scattered radiation and also against reflections for bystanders and objects. Special shielding and sensors minimise the risk of laser beams. This enables companies to ensure health and safety in the workplace and achieve compliance with the applicable regulations from the employer's perspective.

But a laser safety cabin is also interesting from a technical point of view, as it reduces influences from external factors such as air currents or dirt particles.

All in all, it is an extremely innovative solution that combines safety and efficiency perfectly. Looking to the future, topics such as automation and robotics will become increasingly important, and professional welding cells will certainly be part of the equipment. This interior is therefore already a key factor for success in (manual) laser welding today, but especially in the long term.
